What is GarageWish?
GarageWish is a free dream car garage builder. Type in any car you have ever wanted, from a Ferrari 488 GTB to a first-generation Miata, browse real photos of it, and save your favorites to a personal garage you can revisit and show off. There is no account, no signup, and no cost: your garage lives in your own browser.
How it works
- Search. Enter a make and model, as specific as you like. "White Porsche 911 GT3" works better than "Porsche" because you get photos of exactly the spec and color you are dreaming about.
- Pick your favorites. Browse the photo results and save the shots that capture the car the way you picture it.
- Build the garage. Switch to the My Garage tab to see your whole collection in one place, rearrange it, and snap a shareable photo of the lineup.
More free car tools
- Dream Garage Cost Calculator: add up what your fantasy collection would actually cost, including insurance, maintenance, and storage.

Frequently asked questions
Is GarageWish really free?
Yes, completely free. There is no premium tier and no signup. The site is supported by ads and by affiliate links to die-cast model cars on Amazon.
Where is my garage stored?
In your own browser, using localStorage. Nothing is uploaded to our servers, which also means your garage does not follow you across devices. Clearing your browser data clears the garage too.
Can I save any car?
If a photo of it exists on the web, you can almost certainly find and save it. Classics, JDM legends, hypercars, trucks, one-off concepts: the search covers them all.
Why do some searches work better than others?
The search runs on real image results, so specific queries win. Include the color, generation, or trim ("1994 Toyota Supra MK4 red") and the photos get dramatically closer to the car in your head.
